The affiliate programme rewards you for growing the hive. There are two public ways in, and you always earn a share of the service fee BeeHires charges — never a cut of what the Bee is paid.
Refer individual Bees as a BeeHires Affiliate, or take responsibility for a territory as an Area Affiliate. Everything you earn is tracked transparently in your affiliate portal.

How you earn
How you earn depends on your type. A BeeHires Affiliate earns a share of the service fee on each referred Bee's first paid job; an Area Affiliate earns a share of the service fee on every job in their area, on a rolling three-month basis. Earnings move from pending to confirmed once the underlying fee is paid and a short clearing period passes.

When a Bee you referred is paid for their first job, you earn a percentage of the service fee on it. One reward per Bee you bring on.
Area Affiliate — every job, rolling
Earn a percentage of the service fee on every job in your area, on a three-month rolling basis for as long as you hold the territory.
Optional area exclusivity
As an Area Affiliate you can secure exclusive rights to your territory for a fixed fee paid up front, set out in your affiliate addendum.
Pay out on your terms
Request a payout of your confirmed balance whenever it suits you, straight from your portal.

A BeeHires Affiliate refers individual Bees and earns a share of the service fee on each one's first paid job. An Area Affiliate looks after a whole territory and earns a share of the service fee on every job in it, on a rolling three-month basis.

What is 'pending clearing'?
It is money you've earned that is waiting out a short clearing window before it becomes confirmed and withdrawable. It protects against reversals.
